Job Description
- Overall management of production operation
- Execution of Monthly, Weekly Production Plans
- Documentation of all customer related processes
- Review of design of jigs and fixtures, tooling's
- Facility planning and installation, commissioning
- Establish Configuration Management
- First sample development and FAI Approval
- Drawing change control
- Technical Review with customers
- Maintain Production Register & OEE
- Rejection control, initiations of actions on non-conformances
- Prepare forecast, control over materials to meet production requirements
- Review and reporting to management about production and sales performance
- Initiate plan and action to increase productivity.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages
