Job Title: Production Engineer
Reports to: Production Manager
Responsibilities and duties:
- Plan activities in accordance with the priority of work set by the Line Manager.
- Make sure that all materials needed for production are available.
- Organize and maintain proper document control system for easy monitoring and tracking.
- Monitor the quality of the production at the workshop.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to all workshop activity, providing technical advice and training.
- Monitor and supervise workers at the workshop.
- Make sure that all areas in the workshop are kept tidy and neat.
- Coordinate with the concern in terms of Logistics, loading and off-loading.
- Report all activities to the Direct Line Manager
- Ensure a safe working environment.
