The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coating department during assigned shifts. This includes supervising production crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of coating processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize operations.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively managing safety by identifying and eliminating hazards, putting the right people in the right places, and ensuring that standard procedures are being followed
