Title: Production Encoder (Cebu)

The
Production Encoder
is responsible for encoding and recording all production- or logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and other needed clerical tasks.

• Transfers posting of materials from production storage locations.
• Checks actual inventory versus system-generated inventory report.
• Files important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.
• Complies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any four or five (4/5)-year course.
• Must have at least one (1) year experience as logistics or production encode of the same or similar industry.
• Must possess basic to advance computer proficiency skills (Microsoft Office applications).
• Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
