Production Efficiency Technician - 2nd and 3rd

Production Efficiency Technician is responsible for manufacturing operations by improving productivity, supporting material control, and increasing equipment and process efficiency. This role identifies production inefficiencies, reduces downtime and scrap, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall operational performance. Keep purge compound in stock

Responsible for enhanced Utility and Die set training, crane and Grinders.

Maintain inventory levels of heater bands, nozzle tips, Die setter tools, wands, etc.

Reduce regrind generated, and monitor usage to keep levels to a minimum

Working with Engineering and Quality to sample various materials to optimize production capability and cost save initiatives
