Production Editor

This is an onsite role; not remote. Location: Cebu City.

Responsibilities:

• ensures that released manuals meet production standards
• performs sanity check on manuals before production
• develops and maintains a file management system to sort and track print and web releases
• manages and archives production files with change history
• identifies, tracks, and resolves production-related issues
• generates reports and statistics of releases and production issues
• provides feedback to teams about the common production issues and suggests areas of improvement
• acts as the contact person for any query regarding copies and version history of released manuals

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree
• at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in consumer goods
