What you will enjoy doing

  • Start / Stop the machine Performs parison controls.
  • Monitor Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.)
  • Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks.
  • Check process parameters like machine cycle time, mould cooling water temperature, process temperatures.
  • Weigh waste material/ lumps and record in daily production report.

  • Prepare machine for mold change.
  • Ensures goods are produced in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications.
  • Ensure rejected bottles are stored in rejection bin only.
  • Correctly record the details of bottles / caps packed (pallet no., destination, Qty, etc.) in the register and production report.
  • Report any deviation in the m/c operation or product to supervisor immediately
  • Assists Machine/Shift Supervisor/Mould change team with mold/color ch...
