Barney Printing, a division of The Aylmer Express, is a locally owned and operated commercial printer with a proud history of excellence in quality, service, and community focus. We are currently seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to support the daily workflow of our commercial print facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production scheduling and workflow coordination, supporting the Production Manager
• Identify potential delays, missing information, or production issues and help escalates them appropriately
• Track jobs through production to ensure deadlines are met
• Work with customer service, prepress, press, bindery, and shipping staff to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Coordinate materials, job tickets, proofs, approvals, and production information
