Our client is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee daily manufacturing operations at a 24/7 cement grinding and distribution facility. This position is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving safety, production efficiency, quality, inventory management, and employee performance while ensuring the plant consistently meets production targets.
The Production Coordinator will work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and will provide leadership and support outside of normal business hours as needed to support a continuous operation. This individual will directly manage 4 Production Supervisors and indirectly support a team of approximately 21 employees, including Production Operators and other plant personnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment, strong leadership capabilities, SAP proficiency, and the ability to learn and optimize complex production processes. This ...
