Production Control Specialist

This position will direct and perform various Production Control duties. The Production Control Specialist will work in conjunction with the Production Control Manager, Operations, and Engineering teams to execute monthly and quarterly sales plans for the plant. Involved with a wide range of functional areas within the operation. Position reports to Production Control Manager.

Essential Functions:

· Maintain Production Control and Inventory Management systems that ensure on-time delivery at a cost-effective level of inventory.

· Plans, schedules, and communicates weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast.

· Procures and manages inventory of raw materials to meet delivery and financial targets

· Directs effective and timely communications of material and flow issues to keep the production and engineering community well informed of plans, concerns, and status.
