Job Description

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that our product and packaging conform with requirements in all markets that we sell to including Australia, USA, Europe and UK.
  • Arrange and manage supporting compliance documentation for each product, including test reports and certificates of conformity. CPC and CDC’s must be created once the test reports have been received.
  • Meet with Testing Lab weekly to discuss testing status, ensure all test reports are filed and saved in the relevant folders by the agreed deadline in the critical path.
  • Manage mass production purchase orders end to end (Order processing of products and components, Delivery, Quality, Shipping) to 3 different markets (Australia, Europe/UK, USA).
  • Co-ordinate lab dips, strike off’s, prototypes, and production samples, track approvals and ensure all tech packs and changes are communicated to suppliers.
