Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Clerk to support our warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks for warehouse and production departments
- Schedule and coordinate logistics and delivery routes
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Handle petty cash and prepare expense reports
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory
- Assist in general office and operational support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
