Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Production Chefs, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Take responsibility for daily operations, such as preparation, cooking, presentation and services periods.
  • Be responsible for occasional catering events.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are followed.
  • Perform administrative duties that include completion of weekly purchase summaries, scheduling associates for events, inventory.
  • Direct and supervise all aspects of food production and services.
  • Coordinate and prepare a large volume of meals daily following several different menus and concepts
