**Hiring Entry-Level Assemblers / Production Specialists in Redmond, WA**

**Pay:** $25/hr
**Shift:** 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) + Overtime on Fridays
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand, power, and air tools.
+ Work across multiple production stations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
+ Organize and assemble components including brackets, fittings, structures, and hardware.
+ Read and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing processes.
+ Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals.
+ Learn advanced assembly techniques, blueprint reading, and complex manufacturing procedures.
**Minimum Qualification**
+ Experience with hand tools, power tools, or air tools preferred.
