Kelly is seeking motivated individuals to join the production team at a premier manufacturing client in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility in Torrington, CT. No manufacturing experience required—full hands-on training is provided!
**Shift:** Monday - Friday (11:30pm-7:30am); must be able to train on 1st shift
**Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:** $20.70 per hour
**What You'll Do:**
+ Collaborate with a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
+ Follow clear work instructions and quality procedures, with comprehensive training provided
+ Operate precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
+ Rotate through various tasks and departments to expand your skillset
+ Prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of your work
