**Production Associate**
**Pay Range:** $19.50–$20.00 per hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (Overtime and occasional weekends as needed) **Experience Required:** 2+ years **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent preferred **Location:** Mukilteo, WA
**Job Summary**
The Production Associate is responsible for accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Accurately pick and ship orders according to pick lists and job orders
+ Verify SKUs and quantities before packaging
+ Select items from stock and prepare them for assembly or shipment
+ Perform inventory back?counts to maintain accurate stock levels
+ Build kit shells and assemble internal components per specifications
+ Use handheld scanners to scan invoices and assign products to designated areas
