**Job Title: Production Associate / Manufacturing Operator**
**Position Summary**
Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing company specializing in metal stamping, custom fabrication, and CNC machining to hire motivated Production Associates. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate production machinery, including metal stamping presses, fabrication tools, and CNC equipment (training provided as needed)
+ Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from machines
+ Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
+ Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules
+ Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
