Production Associate

Role Overview

Tocco works with home kitchens across India to produce small-batch, preservative-free regional foods. We are building a high-quality, scalable community kitchen ecosystem rooted in trust, hygiene, and consistency.

We're looking for a hands-on Production Associate to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Tocco kitchen clusters. This is a field-heavy role that combines kitchen supervision, process implementation, audits, and on-ground problem solving. You will also support basic office and procurement tasks when required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational work, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and wants exposure to building production systems from the ground up.
