**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
The Production Associate supports industrial finishing operations by sandblasting parts, preparing products for painting, loading and unloading paint lines, and moving materials throughout production. This role requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Sandblast parts in a blast booth while following safety procedures.
+ Prepare and stage products for painting and finishing.
+ Load and unload flat panel products on the paint line.
+ Move materials throughout the production area.
+ Handle products carefully to maintain quality standards.
+ Lift, push, pull, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
+ Work with the production team to meet daily goals.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area.
+ Complete hands-on training and follow all safety requirements.
