We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to read a tape measure and work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, based on customer demand. You should be prepared to train on various shifts during your first 90 days and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and results-driven environment. A professional demeanor and the ability to interact positively with teammates are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various machines and manage computer input.
+ Assist in the control room.
+ Perform general help duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, around the facility.
+ Attend weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 30 minutes before your shift starts.
