**Job Title: Production Associate**
**1st Shift:** **Monday-Thursday: 4:30am-3:30pm** **$18.46/hr**
**2nd Shift:** **Monday- Thursday: 3pm-1:30am** **$18.46/hr**
**Weekend:** **Friday-Sunday 4:30am-4:30pm OR 4:30pm-4:30am** **$19.96/hr**
**Responsibilities**
+ Build, assemble, inspect, and repair products.
+ Perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines.
+ Review and complete necessary processes to document production process, yield, rework, scrap, etc.
+ Verify that all completed work meets production quality standards.
+ Communicate requests and requirements to maintenance, engineering, and other departments.
+ Suggest ways to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
+ Set up, program, and run complex equipment and machine tools.
+ Review processes and implement improvements per change procedures.
+ Run and maintain test equipment as per procedures.
