Key responsibilities
- Pack and label bakery, pastry, and savoury products according to approved specifications, schedules, and order quantities.
- Ensure accuracy in labelling, including product name, batch information, and expiry details.
- Maintain consistency in packaging quality, presentation, and product integrity.
- Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage and contamination.
- Store packed items correctly to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
- Pick, verify, and dispatch products in accordance with customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Follow established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Perform basic quality checks using approved tools and work instructions.
