Production Assistant - Cotton On Global Support Centre

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Production Assistant to join our Cotton On team working within the Graphics & Knitwear category.

In this role, you’ll support bringing product to life at scale — providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth production execution across suppliers and internal teams.
Working closely with Production Coordinators and Specialists, you’ll play a key role in keeping production on track, maintaining accuracy and building your foundation in production and sourcing.

You will:

• Support production tracking to ensure on-time delivery across key milestones
• Maintain accurate data, reporting and system updates across the production lifecycle
• Assist with supplier follow-ups to ensure compliance, quality and documentation requirements are met
