Production Assembly Operator

Job Description : 

• Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
• Implementing metal surface finishing activities included but not limited to polishing, and buffing.
• Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
• Assist Engineering department on CNC setup & operation ;tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly.
• Check parts using basic measuringtools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Provide reports as necessary to appropriate staff.
• Observe and learn Ascentec's procedures and documentation.
• Maintains good housekeeping practices.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by managements.
