+ Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly guidelines
+ Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Meet production and quality standards
