We are seeking dependable and motivated **Production Assemblers** to join our team located in Mt. Sterling. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate production equipment and machinery safely
+ Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications
+ Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures
+ Meet daily productivity and performance goals
+ Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
