Production Architect

We're looking for a detail-obsessed
Production Architect
who lives and breathes
Revit, BIM, and construction documents
—and who actually understands how buildings behave in
cold and mixed-cold climates
. This is a hands-on, production-focused role supporting high-quality residential projects, from schematic design through permitting and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce complete, accurate construction document (CD) sets for residential projects
• Develop and manage Revit-based BIM models from schematic design through permit and construction

• Apply cold-climate building science best practices, including:

• High-performance building envelopes

• Insulation and air/vapor control strategies
• Thermal bridge mitigation

• Cold-weather detailing for roofs, walls, and foundations

• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and consultant teams
