PRODUCTION AND PROPAGATION COORDINATOR

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BSc Horticulture or BSc Agriculture (Plant Production or related field) National Diploma: Horticulture or equivalent NQF Level 6 or higher Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering (Agriculture), Operations Management or Production Planning Certification in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Production Planning and Control Minimum 23 years in a production planning, operations coordination, or horticulture management role Prior experience in wholesale horticulture or large-scale agriculture is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multi-species crop schedules in a commercial growing environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel scheduling models, production dashboards, cost tracking Exposure to ERP or production management software (Pastel) Sound understanding of plant propagation biology and commercial growing principles essential.
