  • Create and maintain the daily and weekly production schedule.
  • First point of contact with Sales personnel regarding the status and/or expedition of orders and regularly interface with them to maintain accurate updated information of the production schedule.
  • Review production schedules with Plant Manager to determine progress of work, completion dates and make changes as necessary to service customers with best available dates possible.
  • Printing of all work order packets and distribute to production floor.
  • Analyze work orders in coordination with Production Manager and Plant Manager to determine production schedules.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of production administration/coordinating experience in a Custom manufacturing environment required.
  • High School or College Diploma required.
