Production Accountant (12-Month Contract)

:What will you work on?
The Production Accountant will report directly to the Director, Production Finance and is responsible for managing the finances for the production companies and maintaining all necessary financial records during production.This is a 12 Month contract and 4 days per week in office. Opportunity for the contract to be extended or converted.

How will you create impact?

Review and post weekly payment run in SMART Accounting

Review of weekly payment inputs on the banking platform

Review and monitor weekly payments and clear Accounts Payable

Liaise with Payroll Coordinator for ACTRA, SAG and DGC Payroll, review and post fringe reports in SMART Accounting

Reconcile production of bank accounts monthly in SMART Accounting

Input and post all monthly journal entries in SMART Accounting

Prepare, review, and post all Crew payroll journal entries in SMART Account...
