Job Description

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Product Trainer to deliver engaging classroom and online training at our Clark site. You will create materials, tailor learning paths with leadership input, and apply effective instructional strategies to improve performance.

The role requires 2+ years in training/L&D, familiarity with ADDIE, and strong communication across levels. On-site setup and night shift hours are part of the package at our Clark facility.
