Job Description
- Product knowledge and operational technical training
- Learn and master the company's products and provide training for the company's products for Client.
- Assist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implementation of training programs.
- Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effects.
- Training and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resources.
- Bachelors degree in Aeronautics is required.
- Prior experience with training on technical products or software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of drones or similar products. Ability to learn new products quickly and stay updated on product features and updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
