Product knowledge and operational technical training
Learn and master the company's products and provide training for the company's products for Client.
Assist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implementation of training programs.
Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effects.
Training and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resources.
Bachelors degree in Aeronautics is required.
Prior experience with training on technical products or software is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of drones or similar products. Ability to learn new products quickly and stay updated on product features and updates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
