  • Conduct employee training and upskilling sessions focused on communication, products, services, and operational standards.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials and the knowledge-base to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on product and technical updates to align training content with current needs.
  • Implement knowledge assessments to measure training effectiveness and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team to uphold excellent service and operational quality.
  • Plan and manage training calendars and recommend program improvements to the Training Manager.
