Role Purpose:

Training and facilitating of new call center staff which involves training in all aspects of various service offerings as well as systems training.

Conducting written as well as practical assessments. 

Facilitating of old staff and ensuring that their performance is consistent on a daily basis and providing daily reports to management. 

Training and advising supervisors on reporting and department process.
