About the Role

The Product Trainer designs, delivers and improves training for enterprise products and applications. You’ll help users build confidence, support change activities and contribute to strong, consistent product adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product training through walkthroughs, webinars, workshops and Teams sessions.

• Create digital learning content including eLearning, videos, guides and knowledge‑base articles.
