About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Department: Technical Services

Reporting to: Product Technical Manager

You will be responsible for the overall operation involving research, design, testing, evaluation, and development of all products under FELCO.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Product Testing
  • Product Evaluation
  • Product Research
  • Test Equipment Management (Maintenance and Calibration)
  • Test Equipment Enhancement
  • Process Improvements
  • Laboratory Safety and Cleanliness

They also provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. They handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution. They keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.
