Product team lead (software)

Cube Space is looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Product Team Lead (Software Products) to lead the delivery of our software product portfolio, including a suite of software applications that support satellite operations, ground support systems, and customer-facing interfaces.

This role is responsible for driving products through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that software releases are delivered on time, integrated effectively with broader engineering programmes, and aligned with business and customer requirements. As the execution authority for the Software Product team, you will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of software engineers, champion Agile delivery practices, and coordinate shared software resources across multiple engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong technical understanding with exceptional project leadership and people management capabilities.
