Product Support Technical Specialist – Club Division

Location: Markham, Ontario

Role Type: Backfill Role (Regular Full‑time)

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Salary: Expected base salary range $60,000 - $70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot common technical issues such as activations, installs, printing issues, and common errors.
  • Troubleshoot client technical issues (networking/hardware, permissions).
  • Serve as Tier 2 escalation point between clients and Jonas.
  • Run SQL scripts, create queries, and review system logs.
  • Trace software to determine root causes of issues.
  • Keep clients informed of progress and provide follow‑up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments or offices to expedite resolutions.
