Working Days & Hours: 5.25 days (Office hours)

Job Duties- Provide technical repair support and advice to dealership networks
- Perform on-site vehicle diagnostics and coordinate with workshop teams
- Liaise with manufacturers on repair inquiries and follow-ups
- Analyse technical data and drive improvements in aftersales service processes
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
