Product Support Officer

Responsibilities

  • Must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive or relevant field.
  • At least 2 or 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Deliver machine to customer site, handling delivery process, documentation and provide trainings.
  • Conduct machine demo program, collecting field data to compile the demo results and reports.
  • Handle after sales customer support – including complaint and/or fault report (preliminary investigation, rectification if possible, reporting).
  • Gather market and competitors’ information (photo, videos and report) during customer/site visit.
