a Product Support Engineer, with Software Development in Test (SDET) ability, to support a growing community of digital rights management platform end-users and internal customers. This is a highly technical and high visibility role with a focus on exemplary customer service and an opportunity to grow your technical skills in programming and DRM product familiarity. The technical environment includes Typescript, Python, Java, SQL, Database ETL Packaging, Google Cloud, Technical Support ticketing and related resolution, and customer communication tools used to communicate with customers and resolve issues via email.
