Product support engineer

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with a strong technical background to provide product assistance, troubleshooting, and remote support for industrial solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote communication tools . Troubleshoot technical issues related to industrial products and applications. Assist customers with product operation, configuration, and application-related questions . Provide technical guidance related to electrical panels, VFDs, controls, and pump applications .
