Product Support Engineer
Experience: 5 - 6 years
As an product Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and resolving any technical glitches that may arise
Working with production issues and resource should be willing to support EST and GMT hours

Working knowledge of Python
Google Cloud Exp /trained
Root cause analysis
Working knowledge of LLM Applications
Monitoring & Logs
