Product Support Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our NCA Optimized Mill Lining team. You will be responsible for coordinating Mill Lining design and application support. Your role plays a crucial part in being the main point of contact between the market area customers and the business line. The product support engineer will need to be creative to work through complex problems to meet competing customer objectives, contract obligations, manufacturing challenges, and tight schedules. This position reports to the Mill Lining Product Support Manager for NCA.

This position is mainly located at Metso’s Burlington, ON, Montreal, QC or Sudbury, ON office, but flexible working arrangements are available. There is a 30% travel requirement to visit customer sites.
