This role focuses on supporting our Infor LN enterprise software solution while partnering closely with customers, engineering, and product teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating in a fast‑paced international environment, and continuing to grow their expertise in ERP and finance/accounting processes.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will take ownership of complex support cases, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
