Product Support Advisor – Cadia mine site I Orange, NSW

About the opportunity

As a key liaison between Sandvik and our contracted customer, you’ll engage with stakeholders across all levels of the customer organisation. Your primary goal is to maximise the functionality and reliability of Sandvik equipment, while remaining mindful of operational costs. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service by facilitating clear communication between Sandvik and our clients. This includes partnering closely with the customer’s Maintenance Management Team to drive continuous improvement in equipment performance.

This position is based from the customer site in Cadia, NSW.

Roster 9-day fortnight; Monday – Friday Roster (11 hour shifts)
