Lead Generation & Market Development
- Identify current project opportunities in commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
- Source leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and site visits.
- Arrange appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and upcoming projects.
Specification & Client Engagement
- Introduce company products and solutions to architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct product presentations, lunch & learn sessions, and sample introductions.
- Secure interest and early‑stage specifications for project opportunities.
- Gather project information such as timeline, decision makers, budget, and scope.
