  • Identify current project opportunities in commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
  • Source leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and site visits.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and upcoming projects.

Specification & Client Engagement

  • Introduce company products and solutions to architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct product presentations, lunch & learn sessions, and sample introductions.
  • Secure interest and early‑stage specifications for project opportunities.
  • Gather project information such as timeline, decision makers, budget, and scope.
