  • Act as the expert for specific product group(s) across all channels in the region (and sub-region), driving all business activities.
  • Fully accountable for turnover and gross margin (country margin + regional BU gross margin) in alignment with the BU.
  • Own product positioning and brand image in the region, in agreement with the BU.
  • Drive business development and ensure resource allocation to achieve agreed targets.
  • Track progress and develop necessary resources within the regional organization to support business growth.
  • Build deep market intelligence (customers, competitors, pricing, coverage) and feed insights into BU strategy.
  • Define tactical pricing by channel, manage product portfolio, and drive product launches & phase-outs.
  • Enable sales teams through training, sales support, and customer visits, ensuring competitive advantage.
