The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team within the Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) at Molex by assisting in managing product portfolios and helping to execute product strategies. This role offers a great opportunity for early-career professionals to develop product management skills in a global, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the Global Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for the assigned product line. Contribute to the preparation of business cases, pricing analysis, and sales enablement materials to aid product commercialization efforts. Help identify and support process improvements and best practice sharing within the product management team and across functions.
